How we handle evidence
We distinguish three levels explicitly, and we try to signal which one applies.
- Established. Mechanisms with substantial replicated evidence — the nitric oxide vasodilation pathway, the role of NAD+ in ATP synthesis, sleep-dependent memory consolidation. We state these directly.
- Supported but limited. Findings with reasonable but incomplete evidence, or with mechanistic plausibility outrunning outcome data. We say so — for instance, that direct cognitive outcome trials for arginine supplementation in healthy ageing adults are thinner than the mechanistic case.
- Speculative. Areas where popular claims exceed the evidence. We name them as such rather than repeating them.
What we will not do
- Claim our product treats, prevents or cures any disease.
- Imply clinical trial evidence for the finished formula that does not exist.
- Present testimonials as typical results.
- Omit interaction warnings because they discourage purchase.
- Publish only positive customer feedback.
