Does Memodyne offer free shipping?
Memodyne offers free shipping within the United States on 3-bottle and 6-bottle orders. The 2-bottle starter kit has shipping calculated at checkout. International shipping is available with cost calculated at checkout; customs duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. US orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after 1–2 days of processing.

Processing takes one to two business days. Transit is typically five to ten business days depending on destination, with tracking details emailed once the package leaves the facility.
International
International shipping is available with cost calculated at checkout. Transit times run considerably longer than domestic — commonly two to four weeks depending on destination and customs processing.
Customs duties, import taxes and any brokerage fees are determined by your country's authorities, are not included in the price shown at checkout, and are the recipient's responsibility. We have no ability to predict or reduce these.
The detail international buyers should read first
The sixty-day money-back guarantee runs from the date of purchase, not the date of delivery.
If your order takes three weeks in transit, you have already spent a third of your guarantee window before opening the box. Combined with the thirty-day minimum use requirement before a refund can be requested, the practical evaluation margin becomes narrow.
Two mitigations. Start the capsules the day the package arrives rather than at a convenient future point. And consider the six-bottle kit, which removes any pressure to reach a verdict quickly.
Packaging
Bottles ship in discreet outer packaging with no product description visible externally. Bottles are sealed with tamper-evident closure and labelled with the full supplement facts panel and batch information.
If your package arrives with a damaged seal, do not use the product — photograph it and contact support for a replacement.
Tracking and delivery problems
Tracking details are emailed when the package ships. If tracking has not updated for more than five business days, or if tracking shows delivery but nothing arrived, contact support with your order number.
Common causes of apparent non-delivery are worth checking first: delivery to a building office or neighbour, placement in an unexpected location by the carrier, or an address typo at checkout. Support can help resolve all of these.
