There are two reasons, and both benefit the buyer more than they benefit us.

The first is authenticity. Supplements sold through open marketplaces pass through multiple hands, and the supply chain becomes difficult to verify. Counterfeit and repackaged supplement products are a documented and persistent problem on major marketplaces. Selling direct means every bottle shipped came from our facility.

The second is the guarantee. We can only honour a sixty-day refund on an order we can verify — purchase date, order value, delivery confirmation. An order placed through a third-party reseller is invisible to us, which means we cannot refund it.

How to verify you are on the official site

• Check the domain carefully. Look at the full URL in your browser address bar. Similar-looking domains with transposed or additional letters are a known tactic.
